Breakfast meeting - business transfer

We invite you to a breakfast meeting on business transfer on Tuesday 14 June at 08:30 - 09:30.

A simple breakfast will be served from 08:00.

In many cases, the reorganisation of a business will qualify as a business transfer. This in turn triggers several rights for affected employees that must be safeguarded. During the breakfast meeting, we will endeavour to explain the consequences of this for both the acquiring company and the company being acquired. The course is aimed at employers and HR personnel.

The course is held by associate Fredrik Sikkerbøl and associate Trine Glorvigen.
