As of 1 July 2017, companies that regularly employ at least five employees are obliged to prepare procedures for internal whistleblowing. The same applies to other organisations where the circumstances of the business warrant it. For affected organisations, it is crucial to have such procedures in place.

What is it?   Lawyer/partner Øyvind Kilstad and senior lawyer Benjamin Nordhaug will give you an introduction to the regulations and practical tips for implementation in your organisation. Both lawyers will be present after the breakfast meeting to answer questions.
