Judgement Salten District Court. The client won a lawsuit against Tryg Insurance. The district court awarded our client compensation for her financial loss totalling NOK. 1 201 776,-. In addition, Tryg must pay full legal costs. Tryg argued that there was no causal link between the accident and the injury, and that the client was not entitled to compensation. Adv.flm. Lena Jokstad won the case, much to the delight of our client.
