New judgement - basis of liability for patient injury

The law firm Halvorsen & Co AS won a lawsuit against the Norwegian state regarding the basis for liability for patient injury. A client suffered serious injuries following a cerebral haemorrhage where the general practitioner and emergency services had assessed the condition incorrectly. Our client will now be entitled to full compensation for his financial loss from Norwegian Patient Injury Compensation.
