New senior lawyers

We are pleased to announce that Brede Gundersen and Benjamin Nordhaug have been promoted to senior lawyers from 1 January 2017. Martin Seglen Baadshaug has completed his time as an associate and is employed as an attorney from 1 January 2017.

Mr Gundersen works with family, inheritance and probate law, and is professionally responsible for these areas in our firm. From 1 January 2017, Attorney Gundersen has also been appointed as a member of the Norwegian Bar Association's legal committee for family, inheritance and probate law.

Attorney Nordhaug is a member of our business law group and works closely with various players in the business community. In particular, he provides assistance in the areas of contract law, corporate law, financial claims law and real estate, as well as in connection with dispute resolution and litigation.

Attorney Baadshaug specialises in personal injury compensation, and also has particular expertise in public administrative law.
