Anne Straume

Attorney Anne Straume is a member of both the firm's business law group and the family and inheritance law group. She has experience in assisting businesses with property-related issues, including the legal, commercial and practical aspects of property transactions. This includes bidding processes, due diligence reviews, contract negotiations, drafting of agreements, registration processes and settlements. She has taken several disputes to court, and assists with property disputes, among other things. Furthermore, Straume assists in particular with inheritance law matters, including the drafting of wills, powers of attorney, marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, etc. Straume has board experience.
