Cathrine Mindnes

Attorney Cathrine Mindnes is part of the firm's business law department and leads our insolvency and restructuring group. She has worked at Advokatfirmaet Halvorsen & Co since 2016, and previously worked in the Restructuring and Insolvency group at Advokatfirmaet Schjødt. Through her work, Mindnes has gained considerable expertise in bankruptcy and insolvency law, debt collection and corporate law issues. Since December 2023, Cathrine Mindnes has been a permanent trustee in bankruptcy and compulsory dissolution estates for Romerike and Glåmdal District Court.
