Ellen Tangen Eilerås

Attorney Ellen Tangen Eilerås has worked at Advokatfirmaet Halvorsen & Co AS since 2013 and has been a partner since 2023. Ellen has broad expertise in bankruptcy, inheritance law, estate administration and public procurement. She is part of the office's business law team and provides ongoing corporate law assistance to our clients. Since 2018, Ellen has been a permanent trustee for Romerike and Glåmdal District Court for bankruptcy and compulsory dissolution estates. Tangen Eilerås is co-author of the book «Håndbok i konkursrett» together with lawyer Lotte Lundby Kristiansen. The book provides an introduction to what happens in bankruptcy proceedings, both with assets, for the employees, what tasks a trustee has, etc.
