Øyvind Kilstad

Attorney Øyvind Kilstad has more than 20 years of experience as a business lawyer. He has broad experience in corporate law and business law in general, and offers full-scale tax advice related to personal and corporate taxation. He has advised on a number of transactions and restructuring processes where the combination of corporate law/tax law/contract law has been key.
