Tony Støkkebo Bye

Tony Støkkebo Bye has extensive experience as a lawyer in corporate and transactions (M&A). He assists investors and companies in a wide range of industries with, among other things, acquisitions, mergers, shareholder agreements, equity transactions and advice for the company's governing bodies. Tony also has a broad background in property and construction law. He regularly assists property owners, developers, contractors, craftsmen and private individuals with transactions, building and construction contracts, leases, neighbour disputes, as well as other property and craftsmanship matters regulated by Norwegian standard contracts, the Craftsmen's Services Act, the Disposal Act and the Owner's Section Act.
