Breakfast meeting public procurement - new regulations

New regulations for public procurement come into force on 1 January 2017. Thresholds will be raised and new forms of competition will be introduced. Electronic submission will be introduced and environmental considerations will be taken into account. The Complaints Board for Public Procurement will once again be authorised to impose infringement fees, while several contracts will now be exempt from the requirement to advertise. What does this mean for you as a supplier?

Attorney Ellen Tangen Eilerås holds a breakfast meeting at Åråsen stadium on 1 January0 January 2017 where the main points of the new regulations will be reviewed. The focus will be on the practical consequences for providers.

Eilerås has extensive experience as a procurement consultant. At Halvorsen & Co AS, she assists suppliers to the public sector, while in her previous position at the Norwegian Ministries' Security and Service Organisation, she assisted the ministries in carrying out procurements.

Breakfast is served from 07.45. The course starts at 08.00 and finishes at 09.15.
