Breakfast meeting on occupational injury compensation 03.11.15

Halvorsen & Co would like to invite you to a breakfast meeting on occupational injury compensation. This course is aimed in particular at HR employees, healthcare professionals, trade unions/union representatives, injured parties and other relevant persons. The course addresses various issues that arise when an employee, patient or member has been exposed to an accident at work or suffered an occupational disease.

After an occupational injury, many people face various challenges that were not previously part of their everyday lives. Many may have questions about their rights in relation to NAV, healthcare professionals, employers and, not least, occupational injury insurance/compensation. In our experience, injured parties often turn to these groups with such questions when they suffer an occupational injury. In order for you to be able to provide the injured party with the best possible guidance, we would therefore like to provide a brief introduction to occupational injury law and the roles, rights and obligations of the various bodies in this regard.
