Course in personal injury compensation - Wednesday 29 March 2017

Halvorsen & Co would like to invite you to a seminar on personal injury compensation following traffic, occupational and patient injuries. This course is aimed in particular at injured parties, their relatives, healthcare professionals, social workers, trade unions/union representatives, safety representatives and others. The course deals with various issues that arise when a person is involved in an accident resulting in personal injury.

After a personal injury, many people face various challenges that have not previously been part of their everyday lives. Many may have questions about their rights in relation to NAV, healthcare professionals, employers and not least insurance companies, NPE and others. In our experience, injured parties often turn to the above-mentioned groups with such questions when they suffer an injury. In order for these groups to be able to provide the injured party with the best possible guidance, we would therefore like to provide a brief introduction to the legal area of personal injury compensation, and the roles, rights and obligations of the various bodies in this regard.
