Full victory against the state

Lawyer Maja A. Simonsen won on behalf of her client in a lawsuit against NAV and was awarded full legal costs. On 25 November 2016, Agder Court of Appeal handed down a judgement in a case concerning NAV's right to overturn its own decisions to the disadvantage of the user. Agder Court of Appeal ruled that NAV's decision to overturn the decision was invalid, and fully supported the client's claim. The case will now be reconsidered by NAV.
