Two of our partners have published a book on bankruptcy law

We are pleased to announce that Ellen Tangen Eilerås and Lotte Lundby Kristiansen has published a book on bankruptcy law.

Handbook in bankruptcy law is a practical book aimed at lawyers, case officers and others who work with and apply the bankruptcy rules. The book provides an introduction to the legal and practical issues you encounter during bankruptcy proceedings and will be a practical tool for those working in this field.

- The process of writing the book has been long and demanding, but also fun and very educational. We're so happy to finally see the finished book and very pleased with the result, say the two authors.

Ellen Tangen Eilerås is a partner in the law firm Halvorsen og co. Ellen is part of the firm's business law team and has worked in the firm since 2013. Ellen provides ongoing corporate law assistance to the firm's clients and from 2018 has been a permanent trustee for Romerike and Glåmdal District Court for bankruptcy and compulsory dissolution estates.

Lotte Lundby Kristiansen is Managing Partner at Halvorsen & Co. Lotte has worked in the firm since 2017 and has broad legal experience from several practice areas, including labour law, banking-finance, claims law, insolvency and restructuring.
