Who has inheritance rights?

Based on the legislation, it is children, spouses and cohabitants with children in common who are entitled to inherit under the law. If you don't have children, your family will inherit from you. There are also relatives all the way down to cousins, and if you want anyone other than the people mentioned above to inherit, you have to draw up a will.
