In order to contest a dismissal, you must first have received a notice of dismissal from your employer. You can then contest the dismissal by requesting a negotiation meeting with the employer, and you must request this within two weeks of receiving the dismissal.

In the negotiation meeting, you can try to come to an agreement and reach a settlement with the employer in order to avoid any subsequent legal proceedings. However, I recommend that you bring a lawyer to the negotiation meeting. Feel free to contact us, and we can assist you during the meeting and in assessing whether the case should be taken further.
